Lachezar Hrischev has graduated the Higher School of Civil Engineering “L. Karavelov”, subject Manufacturing and civil engineering. He has PhD degree in the area of the industrial flooring (Thesis of the dissertation paper: “Problems and solutions for the performance and exploitation of the industrial flooring”).

He is a member of some professional organizations, amongst which are RILEM – International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures, with its head office in France, FERFA – the Association of experts in resin flooring, having its head office in England, the Chamber of engineers in the Investment Design. He has over 10 scientific publications on international and national conferences and symposiums in the area of the industrial flooring and engineering chemistry.

He gained his managerial experience in leading company in the South-Western Europe in the area of laying industrial flooring.
